{Father’s Day Gifts From Years Past with Dollar Shave Club}

Well I was super excited that Dollar Shave Club with that EPIC viral video reached out to me to share about some funny things from Father's Day in years past. You guys being a parent is a pretty funny and humiliating thing at times. Only celebrating our 3rd Father's Day you'd think I didn't have any funny stories. You're wrong there. First Father's Day Reegan was about 10 month's old and I took the time to go to one of those pottery places and had her do a cute little hand print on a glass dish for Ryan. A catch all for at his office. I presented it to him that day and he loved it...knocked it outta the park! I let Reegan hold it...I thought oh she is so young what harm will it do. She somehow managed to chuck the thing like 2 feet onto the our tile floor and it shattered. It being kinda a sore subject I didn't photo it. But here she is around that time. Who knew she had an arm on her at that young age?!

OK lesson learned. Don't have baby handle a breakable gift. The very next year I planned a day out to our fave food truck as they were having a Dad's Day Event. Let's talk about how the weather was so windy and insane that the hubs literally had his meal blown right off the table....I ended up with dirt in my eyes and obviously wore a dress on what felt like the windiest day AZ has ever seen. Good news is we got some AMAZING shots of the kids with dad!

Third times a charm. Last year was pretty successful for me on the gift giving end/weather was perfect. Hubs loved what I/kids gave him...and really everyone did. So much so that one of my BFF's made the very same give for her hubs. Used the same printable and everything. What's the mishap you're wondering?...when he came over at a later date we had the framed gift out on our shelf and her cover was blown! I'm wondering what kind of story will I have to tell from this year. Looking forward to more fun memories made!

I already have ideas for this year what about you!? Look out for my printables (beards will be involved) that will hit North Phoenix Moms Blog and A Night Owl Blog very soon!

{Perfectly Imperfect Preschool Fashions - The Mismatched, Messy and In Between}

The not so perfect preschool fashions brought to you by Reegan. Because I don't ever want to forget these moments. So many times I wanted my baby to look picture perfect. I tried my best to have her hair done and outfit perfect before I was off to work...ESPECIALLY on days she was going to school. You know because if her hair was styled and outfit mega cute that means that I'm a good mother. Because why would any decent parent send their kids to school looking like the picture below (please note that I had actually put an outfit together that was perfect but she went ahead and modified it and daddy let her.) But now I find that my favorite outfits/pics are those that aren't so perfect. Daddy said, "I am fueling her creative spirit!! Don't judge." I'm thankful for a hubs that did just that...what a humbling moment/statement. And of course this crazy day outfit worn on a non-themed day made it right to the top of my Preschool Fashions post. What a blessing!

I mean how could you not love these types of outfits?!

The mismatched looks and the dirty knees are too much!!! I love that she proudly poses in her favorite outfits and would even stop at this same spot so often and say, "Mom take a picture of me!" It so easy on Instagram and Facebook and Pinterest to look at perfectly styled kiddos (looking better than their own parents and having better closets too) and think how come my kids don't look like that?! Then I stop and think wait a minute is that what's really my daughter looks?! No not at all. I truly believe comparison is the thief of joy so I try more now to ask her how she wants her hair (Queen Elsa braid all day every day!) or what she wants to wear (Dresses, skirts and fancy shoes ALWAYS.) I still have to reel her in sometimes but I love that she is more involved. Anyways I just wanted to quickly share some more of my favorite parts about PreK and thoughts on what I'm teaching my daughter about her values/the woman she will be one day. I hope she will be comfortable in her own skin and know it's not about the clothes we wear but who we are that mean the most in life.

Not from preschool but I obviously had to include it here!

{Joy Christian Preschool - First Pre-K Picture}

As you all know I'm playing catch up on the blog. This weeks theme is PreK. Seems appropriate with Teacher's Appreciation Week last week and yesterday being Reegan's last day of school.

So this picture.....not totally perfect picture and not a total's juuuuuuuust right! I love how it turned out. That ponytail curl just kills me though! Hearteyes for days! You better believe the whole fam bam snatched these pictures up. Hehe! Momma is going to have it framed up on the wall soon. What do you mean I don't have all my pictures on the wall yet?! I'm THAT mom. LOL!

{Joy Christian Preschool - Last Day of Pre-K - 3 Year Old's}

Well she did it. Went off and completed the first year of her formal education. ;) I could not be more pleased with our experience with Reegan in school. I noticed changes in her the first week after starting but she continues to make us so proud with the things she is learning everyday. I seriously feel like she is three going on 13...even the dentist said we have a "teen on our hands." Just very mature for her age. I snapped lots of pictures but this little collage is my favorite because you can noticeable see how much she has grown in height standing at the same cabinet as she did the first day of school (top is the last day of school and the bottom is the first day of school.)

I was thrilled that I was able to attend the end of the end party today. Working as a full time Marketing Coordinator is sometimes difficult for me. I have a strong urning to be there for her at every single event that the school has but it isn't possible. I'm beyond blessed to have a wonderful team of supporters that fill in where I can not. Looking forward to another year of PreK at Joy next school year. Enjoy the pics last day. You KNOW I totally had the teachers sign an Oh the Places You'll Go Book...her college graduation gift. OBVI! :D

{One Epic Mother's Day!}

This was one for the books since its the first of many with my 3 babes. It also happen to fall onto my birthday this year so it was an extra special celebration today. We had yummy breakfast treats compliments of daddy, lounged for a bit, ***TOOK OUR FIRST FAMILY SELFIE PIC***, went to church with Grandma Janet, I volunteered in the nursery, headed to Angela's for a celebration with Grandma Betty and then back home. Seriously a lovely day that I won't soon forget. Prezzies included new skinnys, a cute new top I'm seen wearing that day, sushi dinner, movie night, giftcards and some cold hard cash. Favs were sweet cards and the best was a pic with all my loves. My heart couldn't be happier.

{Fletcher Turns Two - A Mickey Mouse Party}

What a "fun" day celebrating our boy's second birthday (keep on reading as to why it wasn't so fun for me!) I was super excited for this party as it was at our new house AND I won a party pack from House of Creative Design. Little did I know that it would be a complete life saver in a MAJOR WAY! Well mommy was very sick right before the party and day of. Without these amazing party supplies guys...I couldn't have done it!

I'm so happy that daddy was able to run Fletcher's party because I didn't know if we were going to have to reschedule the celebration. So rather than calling it off I just slummed it up in the master bedroom while the show went on. The only pics I have are those that friends sent me along with what HOCDesign posted....thank you, thank you, thank you guys!

I was totally feeling the love as people were texting me pics while I rested in my room and they were offering to come in and hang out with me. I have one amazing network of support y'all! None the less I kinda still feel like a slacker for his bday. With a new addition to the fam bam + being sick I definitely wasn't on my A game. So thankful for my support team on this day!

At least all my Harding babies were sporting their Mickey + Minnie Mouse gear...I did make sure that happened. We also had planned a "Hot Diggity Dog" Hot Dog Bar, a bouncer and some cupcakes. I think all that little man cared about was that he could bounce + open prezzies + grub on some treats.

Soooooo Fletcher will have an EPIC 3rd birthday since mommy kinda failed on his 2nd birthday. After the little boys have their own celebrations this year it's going to be a combo birthday event from here on out because having bdays about one month apart from each other will likely be more than this momma can handle. Being an identical twin I'm used to sharing nearly everything. As long as I got my own cake for birthday celebrations I was happy. Plus I'm pretty sure these two will have some similar interests so we should be all good. :) Excited to plan a combo party them...gonna be twice as nice!!!!

{#weeklyhuds #monthlyhuds}

And my little chubby smiley love just keeps on growing!!!! Missed a few AKA 10 weeks so catching up here. Week 15 required a nakeyboo AND a clothed because daddy nailed it on outfit selection this week! Ha!

{Birth Story : Hudson William Harding}

Welcome to the world my little smiley boy. Hudson's story is a very different one from his siblings. We were so blessed to carry this little man nearly to his due date. He arrived on January 21th @ 12:16 PM (Fletcher was born at 12:16 AM...they make up the 12:16 club now) and his due date was January 25th. Stats were 7.14 lbs and 21 inches long. Hudson William Harding decided to join us on the FIFTH...that's right the 5th F-I-F-T-H trip to the hospital. I couldn't feel more like a new mother than I did with him. Kind of out of touch with my own body...there was that time at 20 weeks...then the multiple trips to the hospital. I was so nervous about carrying him long enough to avoid a hospital stay like Fletcher. I kept hearing he is your third so he is going to come fast and I was walking around at 5 cm dilated for what seemed to be a month or so. I needed to have the an antibiotic treatment because I tested strep B positive so I was also concerned about getting to the hospital in time to have that treatment.

That morning I woke up around the 4 AM hour. I went to the rest room and moments later I was in the kitchen and sneezed/coughed and swore I felt leak from my water (this didn't happen with the first two). TMI I know but this is a birth story so stop reading if you don't want to hear about a baby's birth into the world. I had an appointment to see my OB that morning for my weekly check. She said not to wait but to come in right away for my antibiotic. So we quickly showered and grabbed a few more things (obvi packed since this would be our 5th time to the hospital) and headed to get the kids to their sitter.

Off to the hospital it was and I jokingly said that this trip was on Dr. Apigo...the time before that was on I was only responsible for 3 false trips to have this baby. And let's be clear here I was in active labor most times I went to the hospital. It just wasn't contracting and effacing enough/coordinating together to get admitted. This time since I mentioned about my water leaking they tested me. Like oh what?! You don't just take my word for it?! LOL! So here came the doubt again. Was that actually my water leaking? Was today really the day? Would I get my meds in time? Would Dr. Apigo get to delivery him? How do I know when is the right time to come in? Well let me tell you it was a blessing to have those who reassured me in my life. The one who was the most boisterous was of course Auntie Heather who said if it took 100 times to just keep going in when I thought it might be time. Thank you a million times over for the support it kept me sane. It was beyond humbling + emotional + frustrating (if I'm being honest) to have false alarms on your third baby. They did two, count them two, tests for my water and on the second she said I had the tiniest bit of amniotic fluid and WOULD BE ADMITTED! I felt like I had just been told I was the winner of the best little gift ever. Relief washed over me. Everything was going to be OK. No more waiting no more worrying.

At this point it all started it happened pretty fast.

Antibiotic check. Let me tell you this stuff about killed my arm going in. They wanted to get me the full dose before time to push. Admitting that and the Pitocin in coordination to get the optimal results was not fun for momma. I was comparing my arm to what a UFC fighter must go through and how could they cope. LOL!

Epidural check. I had to wait because another mommy was airlifted to the hospital and taken right to the OR. I was patiently waiting because I knew she needed the staff more than I did at that time. The anesthesiologist apologized for the wait and we talked about his upcoming ski trip. Hehe! Important stuff ya know.

Daddy ate lunch check.

Then things started to get a little uncomfortable right when our nurse was going to take her lunch break. She said she was going to hurry. Not 15 minutes later I had to have Ryan call her in....IT WAS TIME! I asked if she got to eat her lunch and she said she didn't. To that I replied that Hudson owed her a lunch down the road. I heard a voice from the hallway tell our nurse "Do you need me?" (the on call doctor) and she said "No. We will wait for her doctor." She then looked at me and said "And I have two hands if I need to catch the baby." In comes Dr. Apigo. *big sighs* one doctor to deliver all three of my babies. Check! I just remember her throwing her doctors covers on. Then into position. Push...wait wait wait....push...wait wait wait. My baby was in my arms before I laid my head down. Instant bliss. Life with this angel couldn't be sweeter. Thankful that God saw us fit to be his parents.

Seems appropriate that I'm writing my third birth story and my son is already 3 months (don't judge)...parents of 3 you've got my back on this one right?! Plus this happened. Hudson you are the perfect, chubby little cherry on top of our crazy, wonderful life. The joy you give me could never be put into words so I simply end it with...

We love you. XO Mommy + Daddy!
